How do I sign up for residential services?
To sign up for a new residential service, you can either call (215) 642-8890 or fill out the online form.
How soon can I start services?
Services can start shortly after receiving your new trash totes.
When will my trash and recycling bins be delivered?
Bins are typically delivered within two weeks from your first pick-up day.
How many times a week do you pick up?
We offer once-a-week pickup.
SERVICE:
Can I use my own personal bins?
No. If you would like an extra tote, it is an additional $20/quarter.
What can go into the recycling tote?
Paper, plastic, glass, tin cans, aluminum cans, and cardboard. NO liquids or food waste.
What size are your totes?
95 gallons.
Do you offer brush/leaf/yard waste pickup?
Yes. Twice a year, once in the spring and once in the fall. Everything must be put into bags.
Can I have extra garbage outside of my B Gone bins?
No, all trash should be placed in B Gone bins.
What time should I place my bins curbside each week?
Bins should be out the night before the service day, as drivers may start as early as 6:00 a.m.
What holidays will affect my pickup?
New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
My trash/recycling was not picked up; what should I do?
Do you replace broken or damaged bins?
Yes. Contact the office with the broken part details for repair or replacement at no cost.

8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday
Do you offer house service?
No, we do not offer house service.
Do you offer neighborhood discounts?
Yes, if a majority of the neighborhood uses B Gone services. Contact your HOA or civic union for details.
BILLING:
Do you charge any fuel or environmental fees?
No. There are no additional, fuel, or environmental fees.
When can I expect to receive my bill?
We send out bills by mail or email one month prior to when they are due on a quarterly basis.
Do you charge any late fees?
There is a $20 late fee that is applied to your account 15 days after the payment is due. Please keep in mind that we do bill one month prior and you are given a 15-day grace period before this fee goes into effect.

What does it mean if my account is on “Stop Service?”
If you receive notice that your account has been placed on stop service, it means that there is a temporary hold on your account. As a result, we are unable to pick up any trash, recycling, or yard waste from your residence. This normally occurs when there is an outstanding balance on your account that is past due. Please be advised that we do send payment reminders through several auto calls and emails before your account is placed on a hold. The hold on your account will be lifted once we receive a payment.
I will not be able to make my payment on time. Can I make a payment arrangement?
Yes. We are more than willing to work with you. Please contact our office before your payment is due to avoid any late fees or interruptions to your service.
Is there a fee to cancel the service?
There is no fee to cancel service with us, however, we cannot offer any refunds if you cancel before the billing cycle ends.
Is there a fee for removing B Gone bins from my residence?
We do not charge a fee to remove B Gone bins from your residence.
BULK
What is a bulk item?
A bulk item is considered anything that does not fit in your trash bin
What is a metal item?
Examples of metal items include grills, lawn mowers, washers and dryers, etc. Metal items require pick up by a separate box truck, so they are recycled properly.
How does bulk pickup work?
Bulk items are an additional fee depending on the item. Bulk pickup must be scheduled 48 hours in advance, and the item must be placed curbside.
Do you accept TVs/electronics?
No. We cannot take TVs/electronics as electronic waste is not permitted in the waste stream.
Do you accept refrigerators?
Any household items with freon must have the freon drained by a certified HVAC technician before we can pick them up. It must have a certified tag or deal to confirm it has been drained of freon.
Why can’t metal and bulk items be taken with my regular trash service?
Large metal and bulk items cause damage to our trucks, therefore we cannot dispose of these items with trash.
ROLL-OFF
What roll-off dumpster sizes do you offer?
We offer 10, 15, 20, 30, and 40-yard roll-off dumpsters.
How long is your rental period?
We offer 14-day rental periods. However, we can extend that timeframe if you wish. There is a $10 fee per day for the following 7 days after the 14-day rental period.
How soon can I get a roll-off dropped off at my residence?
We can typically drop off a roll-off dumpster within 24-48 hours after we receive payment and a copy of the signed agreement.
What items do you NOT accept in roll-off dumpsters?
We do not accept liquid, tires, hazardous materials, or asbestos.
Is yard waste acceptable to place in a roll-off dumpster?
Yes. However, it cannot be mixed in with any other items that are not yard waste.
What should I do to prepare for my roll-off rental?
Please make sure that there are no cars or objects blocking the driveway or street where we will be placing the roll off in. There is a fee if our driver does not have a clear path to drop off or pick up a roll off dumpster.
How do I know if I overfilled my roll-off?
There is a line inside of the roll-off to avoid overfilling. Please do not excess that line when placing items in.
Is there a fee if I exceed the roll-off weight limit?
Yes, there is a $97 fee for overages.
