What is your quarterly rate?

How do I sign up for residential services?
To sign up for a new residential service, you can either call 610-427-5222 or fill out the online form.
How soon can I start services?
Services can start shortly after receiving your new trash totes.
Can I use my own trash cans?
No, we require all customers to use BGone bins. Bins are typically delivered within two weeks from your first pick-up day. If one 95-gallon bin isn’t enough, you can request an extra tote for an additional $20 per quarter.
How many times a week do you pick up?
We provide once-a-week pickup for both trash and recycling.
What can I put in my recycling bin?
We accept paper, plastic, glass, tin cans, aluminum cans, and cardboard. Please make sure there are no liquids or food waste left in the containers, as this can contaminate the whole load.
Do you offer yard waste pickup?
Yes, we do leaf and brush pickup twice a year: Once in the spring and once in the fall. Everything must be bagged for these special collections.
Roll-Off Dumpster Rentals
What dumpster sizes do you offer and what are the weight limits?
We offer five sizes to fit different projects. While every project is unique, here are the general weight allowances included in your rental:
- 10-Yard: Good for small basement cleanouts or heavy debris like dirt/concrete.
- 15-Yard: Great for small kitchen or bathroom remodels.
- 20-Yard: Our most popular size for whole-room renovations.
- 30-Yard: Best for large home cleanouts or siding projects.
- 40-Yard: Reserved for major construction or commercial use.
Note: Overweight dumpsters are subject to a $97 per ton fee.
Will the dumpster damage my driveway?
Rolloff trucks and heavy steel bins can be tough on asphalt or pavers. We recommend having some plywood or 2×4 wooden planks ready for us to place under the rollers to help protect your driveway surface.
Can I put the dumpster on the street?
If you don’t have a driveway or need the bin on the street, you will likely need a permit from your specific township in Montgomery or Berks County. We recommend calling your local municipality a few days before delivery to see what their requirements are.
How long can I keep the dumpster?
Our standard rental period is 14 days. If you need it longer, just let us know. It is $10 per day for every day after the initial two-week period.
Junk Removal & Bulk Items
Should I choose Junk Removal or a Dumpster Rental?
It depends on how much work you want to do!
Choose a Dumpster: If you are doing a project over several days and want to load it yourself at your own pace.
Choose Junk Removal: If you want our team to show up, haul the items out of your house or yard for you, and take them away immediately.
What items do you NOT accept?
For safety and environmental reasons, we cannot take the following in our trucks or dumpsters:
- Wet paint (unless it’s been dried out with kitty litter or a hardener)
- Propane tanks or gasoline
- Car batteries and motor oil
- Hazardous chemicals or asbestos
- TVs and electronics (State law prohibits these in the general waste stream)
- Tires (Unless pre-arranged for an additional fee)
How do I get rid of a refrigerator or AC unit?
We can take appliances containing Freon, but they must be drained by a certified HVAC technician first. The unit must have a “certified tag” attached to it to prove the gas has been safely removed before we can haul it away.
Do you accept TVs/electronics?
No. We cannot take TVs/electronics as electronic waste is not permitted in the waste stream.
Do you accept refrigerators?
Any household items with freon must have the freon drained by a certified HVAC technician before we can pick them up. It must have a certified tag or deal to confirm it has been drained of freon.

Weather & Local Service
What happens if it snows?
Generally, if the trucks can safely get through, we will be there. However, if there is a major snow emergency in Berks or Montgomery County, we may delay pickup by a day. Please make sure the path to your bins is shoveled and clear of ice so our drivers can reach them safely.
